  • Head:
    Hand on forehead – the weight of the head falls forward and back
    Hand on temple – the weight of the head falls to the side and back
  • Body: Drop down, take the weight, push back.
  • Knee flexion:
    Bending one knee – extending it by pushing off the ground with your foot – using our weight with direction produces movement with less effort
